cheerful and friendly workplace.
In my current job, normally I work between four or eight hours (included weekend) .
I work in the morning and my mainly tasks are unload the truck and put in order the products before the store is opened. After, I have to attend to customers (recommend products, know their necessities...), always with a smile and being very kind. Also, I attend to customers by telephone and I do their reservations.
In my section (mountain and ski), the co-workers are divided in different subsections. I'm responsible of one of teams, I have to know if the work is doing good (stock, inventories...) and if we'll get to the monthly goals.

A new experience
I am going to explain how a typical day at work was for me.
I used to start working at nine in the morning, when there was no a lo of custumers as it is quite early in my country. I used to start organising and controlling the stock in the shop. Then, when there were a lot of customers in the shop, I had to talk to them in order to find out what they were looking for.
Even though it seems to be an easy job, it is not that easy to find what they really needed, and that is something that I enjoyed doing. I tried to look for the best way of helping and providing them with the best option we had in the shop. On the one side, they make you feel good when they tell you that you are a good seller or that you have helped them very much, maybe that is one of the best parts of my previous job, feeling useful. On the contrary, what I did not enjoy too much was that it was a part time job in which I could not give the best of me, but I tried though.
When it comes to my co-workers, I need to say that they were really good at team working. We all tried to work together in order to make everything easier for both parts, clients and workers.
If I have to mention some things that I learnt, I need to state that I used to be a shy person, but after working in this kind of job, I became a very outgoing, disciplined and approachable person. I also got experience in teamworking and some leadership skills since I had to manage a huge part of the work.
