Ultimamente lamentable la valoracion de la empresa.
Les describo mi experiencia de casi 13 años trabajando para DANONE.
El comienzo fue con Danosur.
Chano y Pepe eras los jefes dos socios que distribuían en Canarias el yogur , una gran familia de mas de 60 empleados .
luchadores y ejemplares, miraba muchísimo por sus empleados.
Disciplina , aprendizajes y muy emprendedores
Una mala inversión de otros productos puso en juego el puesto de trabajo de muchos compañeros llego el 1º ERE y el comienzo de la crisis, pararon a unos 10 compañeros y tuvieron que hacer una fusión y unirnos con DANOLACTEO , en este caso entraba una nueva jefa MARY NIEVES mas sus empleados decidieron cerrar el danosur y unirnos todos a danolacteo.....
Pero el fracaso fue aun mas grande Un segundo ERE ,ponen nuevamente en juego los puestos de mas de 20 empleados.
En vista que todo iba mal no cobrábamos ( hasta 5 meses ) DANONE tomo medidas y fue quitarles la distribución.Ellos contrataron a una empresa llamada Caher que es la que esta en la actualidad experiencia en solo 2 años puedo decir decepción, han ido parando a todos los viejos empleados ( entre ellos estoy yo ) con un CV ejemplar decidieron pararme Despido Improcedente sin mas.
1. Control de Calidad de Materia Prima.
2. Control de equipos, materiales y reactivos para el análisis de los cultivos lácticos.
3. Control de procesos de producción de:
- Leches Pasteurizadas y UTH,
- Leches Fermentadas (Yogurt firme y batido batido, bajo en calorías y aflanado; Activia® batido y Mi Primer Danone® batido, Kumis; Queso Crema; Progurth).
- Mantequilla, Quesos Frescos.
- Quesos Madurados (Feta, Acauy, Quesos frescos hilados, Doble Crema, Sàdobo, Mozzarella, Parmesano, Pecorino, Chedar, Gouda, Edam, Enmental, Gruer, Tilzit, Kamamber, San Polen, San Mor, Bel Paeze, Quesos duros con sabor picante).
- Queso crema, Queso fundido.
4. Control de calidad interfàsico y final de los productos.
5. Manejo de personal.
6. Aplicación de tecnología punta y certificadas en el Sistema de Gestión de la Calidad ISO 9001 y en el Sistema de Gestión Medioambiental ISO 14001.
Cuida los objetivos, las aplicaciones, los valores y a los empleados.
Cuida mucho cada las aplicaciones, herramientas, servicios e información, lo que hace que sean adecuados para poder desarrollar en poco tiempo las funciones de manera cómoda y eficaz.
Se preocupa mucho por la calidad de servicio y en todo momento está cuidando y valorando la relación con el cliente y a la vez procura tener la relación lo más cordial y unilateral con el operador logístico.
Tiene muchos proyectos de formación, información y motivación para los empleados, lo que hace que el ambiente sea muy agradable porque los empleados son felices.
Se aprende muchísimo cada día porque procuran que todo el mundo sepa hacer el mayor número de cosas posible beneficiando así a la empresa y al personal.
Mi mejor experiencia laboral.
Empieza el día con gran actividad Comprobando las entradas diarias y solucionando los problemas generados el día anterior dando una solución rápida y eficaz.
Gestión de entradas logísticas y comprobación de stock para la preparación del día siguiente.
La dirección es comprensiva peo a su vez contundente
Siempre he estado amparado y tutorado por las diferentes personas del departamento siendo este muy familiar.
El principio del día al ser muy activa las funciones es agradable en poder dar soluciones a los temas que se tratan.
La parte mas monótona es el trabajo monótono

It was one of my first job experiences and couldn't have been happier to have worked there.
I was in the Raws and Pack purchasing department where I learned a lot. I used to meet with suppliers, talk with them about new materials or innovations we could work with and also negociate some prices. I also controlled quantities of the materials spend each month and was in contact with the marketing department to make real all the new projects and launches they had in mind.
The enviroment with my mates was very nice and I ws really comfortable working there, it was a great experience that I will never forget and always be thankful for.

Mi valoración es buena, pude adaptarme rápidamente a ellos. Aprendí a contabilizar facturas y sobretodo a una nueva cultura de trabajo distinta a las otras empresas en las que había estado. La parte más complicada del trabajo es que había mucho trabajo y tenías que quedarme más horas de las que trabajabas. There were fun company events and parties several times a year and we even had the occasional celebratory drinks or offsite meetings for some of the big things that happened in our team/business unit.

I started from the waste train (glorified garbage man), then to the warehouse, and finished off my time as a line operator. Honestly, this was the easiest job I've ever had for the money that I was making. Pay was great, the amount of time off was really good, and there were some good people that worked there as well.
But even with good pay and time off, I HATED going to work. Danone has great values as a company, but you'll never feel those values on the production floor...you will hear about them in meetings though. It will always be production over everything. (I get it, it's a business.
So as a little background, the West Jordan location has a union. You do not have to join it, but no matter what, the Union lifestyle will affect you. Learn the word SENORITY. All Time off requests are done in order of who has been on your shift the longest. Any bidding for new positions or openings also goes by senority and not by qualifications. I have no gripe with being in a Union, but I have realized that being in one, protects lazy and horrible workers. You can be the worst worker there, but as long as you show up everyday, you're fine.
Scheduling is horrible. If you're new then Danone has become your new home! Once again because of senority, new guys are always the ones forced to work the most overtime. You can be forced in 4 hrs early, forced to stay 4 hrs longer, or be forced to work a 12 hr shift on Sun or Sat. And the company doesn't have to give you any kind of notice since sche

Started with a job agency that referred me to the job for New Zealand Dollar 18 something an hour, then got a contract from the company and earned 20 an hour. Eventually was able to climb up and earn 22 something an hour.
The company organizes nice events, like beach clean ups, barbecues and are involved in quite alot of charities. If you get a contract with them there's alot of benefits like getting a huge discount on the nearby gym or a free helpline if needed.
They have a big fruitbox a few days a week to share with all the employees and once in a while treat everyone on fastfood for lunch if targets have been reached.
You're treated like a person instead of just another factory number.
The shift managers should be trained better to fix issues between people, everyone in my team complained about a team members' work and asked for a group discussion which was promised by our supervisor but never happened because he did like that team member personally.
Another colleague said the same; complaints against her weren't fixed properly and therefore the issues were still there.
The biggest complaint is the friends and family politics on the workfloor. There's one family that has family members in every section and those family members feel powerful enough to make work for others very difficult. In the Baby division, the hierarchy is very imposing. There are way too many levels, and it is hard to climb from one level to the other. Because people were complaining that there were no opportunities to grow, they added an additional level of hierarchy and made few people grow (basically just gave them the title Team leader), which had the consequences to lower the Technologists which didn’t grow, they lost responsibilities and influence. They hire and pay the same salary for people with Bachelor and Master, and ask them the same work. The tasks are very diluted and the Technologists end up doing very little. Don’t worry you won’t use your brain too much in this department.
HR does not protect the employees. They protect the managers, and even if the manager clearly practices moral harassment, they will support the manager and do everything for the employee to leave.
They do not value hard work. You have to show off about everything. People who don’t know the work, have little knowledge and do mistakes will grow if they know how to show off and say empty words, which managers who also know little will believe. Hard smart workers will not grow, if they don’t know how to be visible. You will be pressed by managers to be visible and to talk during a meeting even if you have nothing to say. But be careful, you have to say what managers want to hear, even if it is not the truth. You have to tell them Yes, even if by your knowledge you know that it won’t work, and that it is a
In my personal opinion, base on my stay in the company, AL SAFI DANONE is one of the very best company I could be proud of, in front of anyone. It's really a good workplace, to improve and enhance yourself professionally.
What I learned here is, to LISTEN to YOUR CONSCIENCE; to whatever is GOOD, which will lead PEACE and CALMNESS OF HEART. And IGNORE EVERYTHING, that is RAISING; CONTROVERSY, MERGING YOU TO HATRED, DROWNING YOU TO WORRIES and RESENTMENT; for it won't help you but your unseen (secret) enemy, where it would destroy you and give him victory.
What I felt personally from the management and its team is, it is one with the company's goal. The goal, which is for the GOODNESS OF ITS EMPLOYEE and OF THEMSELVES. But somehow, WHAT PREVENT this goal TO SUCCESS is GREED and SELFISHNESS; and this looks like a small crack in an organization, that is ready to cause a TOTAL FALL APART.
So I BELIEVE everyone NEEDS to GUARD THEMSELVES AGAINST these; greed and selfishness; in order for the company TO MEET that GOOD HEART'S GOAL.
FAIRLY there is a MUTUAL RESPECT OF CULTURES in our COMPANY, that's the way I thought and I witnessed how it is.

Mon travail d'Assistante consiste à:
- répondre aux demandes d'informations diverses (juridiques, administratives, comptables) via mail ou courrier;
- réaliser quotidiennement les intégrations d'extraits de compte bancaire et mensuellement le rapprochement bancaire ainsi que son analyse lors d'écarts;

Communicate new plan to shift.sit in on production morning meetings to discuss production shortages in the market. discuss production plan with the filling machine supervisors to align our schedules. fault finding. Up date all shift notice boards where production figures is displayed to reduce losses. time sheets. Safety. I learned that some persons could be allowed to work without supervision and some needs to be guilded. All STAFF SHOULD BE TREATED WITH RESPECT. No matter what job he is performing. That allows supervisors to get more work out of them. I learned that some of the managers will go to great lenths to make sure all staff on their shift are well, while some others will run down their staff to allow themselve to look good. The co-workers I worked with always treated me with greatest respect as I tried to be as fair as possible, without breaking any ou the internal rules and legal requirements. The hardest part of my job was to make the planning department understand that production is not just a matter of starting a machine and product flow. tHE MOST ENJOYABLE PART OF THE WORK WAS THE AMOUNT OF RESPECT I GOT FROM ALL THE WORKRS AND HOW THEY WILL BACK ME INCASE THERE WAS ACHANGE IN THE PRODUCTION PLAN. Recibo y acomodo de mercancía proveniente del cedis ( 2.5 tarimas ), acomodo y rotación de mercancía y poner pets, llenado de anaqueles y limpieza de los mismos , poner precios y hacer conteo diario para saber los faltantes , y en tan solo 4 horas.
Aprendí a administrar mi tiempo para realizar todas mis actividades y bajo presión en cuanto a mis jefes directos pues no había mucha atención de su parte ya que constantemente cambiaban los jefes y pues se perdía el seguimiento de los mismos y en las juntas mensuales la inpuntalidad.
La parte mas difícil del trabajo eran los jefes del departamento de las tiendas donde se brindaban los servicios ya que nos sacaban de nuestras actividades como marca y nos mandaban hacer actividades de la tienda y después nos presionaban para hacer nuestro trabajo, no respetaban las horas de trabajo y la vida personal de cada promotor así como el espacio en cámaras nos recortaban espacios y terminábamos acomodando la mercancía en tarimas lo cual ocasionaba molestia en otras marcas.
Lo que mas me gusto es haber perdido el miedo para atraer al cliente a comprar la marca, hacer promociones etc, es decir endulzar al consumidor, el trabajo en equipo y el saber administrar tu tiempo bajo presión y así mismo ir poniendo metas y soluciones para mejorar el ambiente del trabajo y alcanzar los objetivos de tienda y marca.

Normally, first thing in the morning is to arrive at the office and have already some problems to solve or some users that need your help with an important process of the day to day operation. This has allowed me to learn a lot of thing really fast and not only learn them but to be the expert so I can always be able to help our users and keep the operation 24/7. This is usually achieved with your own team that you are allowed to choose and also you are completely responsible for them not only in the day to day basis but in their professional careers you have the commitment with them to make them grow at their best.
The most difficult part of the job is that normally when you get a new activity or when you are promoted there is no guide of documentation left so you can start from there, almost every time to have to figure it out, sometimes your boss may help you but sometimes you don't really know and you have to work with your team and lead them even if you don't know the area.
The most enjoyable part is that the company has this young-and-free people culture so you are allowed to do almost anything with your team and the office hours are also very flexible. The main idea is that as long as you deliver your work in time, quality and cost you can do whatever you like with your time and with your team.
