Eurovision Services is seeking a highly motivated HR Manager to join our People, Culture & Communication team in Madrid.
ABOUT THE ROLE
This is a strategic leadership role at the center of Eurovision’s global operations — leading the execution of people processes in an international, fast-paced environment, while ensuring HR administration effectively supports the business and its strategic objectives.
As a trusted advisor to managers and employees, you will shape how People operations, employee relations, organizational effectiveness, and workforce governance are delivered and continuously improved across Eurovision’s international footprint.
YOUR IMPACT
As HR Manager, you will lead the end-to-end people administration function across Eurovision locations — from employee lifecycle management and labor relations to organizational support and HR operations excellence.
You will optimize People processes, ensure compliance across locations, drive operational consistency, and foster a collaborative, people-focused culture aligned with Eurovision’s business objectives.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Employee Relations & Labor Governance
Lead and manage complex employee cases including disciplinary processes, conflict resolution, and performance-related matters.
Lead negotiations, communication, and relationship management with Workers’ Councils and employee representative bodies.
Serve as a trusted point of contact for managers and employees on employee relations matters, coaching managers to lead successfully with complex people situations.
Compensation, Benefits & Payroll Coordination
Coordinate payroll processes and collaborate with payroll providers and finance teams.
Administer compensation structures and employee benefits programs across locations.
Conduct salary benchmarking exercises and support compensation review processes.
Ensure benefits programs remain competitive, compliant, and aligned with organizational needs.
People Strategy & Organizational Partnership
Develop and implement People strategies aligned with Eurovision’s corporate objectives and growth plans.
Drive consistency and standardization of People policies and procedures across all office locations.
Partner with managers across the organization to support organizational planning, workforce development, and employee matters, providing guidance on people management best practices.
Compliance & Policy Management
Maintain and update employee handbooks, staff regulations, and People policies, ensuring compliance with employment legislation and internal policies across all office locations.
Lead People audits and ensure legal compliance across all employee-related activities.
Partner with external legal advisors and labor specialists when required.
People Operations & Administration
Oversee day-to-day People operations across multiple locations, ensuring efficiency, accuracy, and service quality.
Manage employee records, People systems, personnel documentation, and confidential data, ensuring data integrity and compliance across HRIS platforms and People processes.
Actively work on the optimization of People workflows, operational standards, and administrative processes to better support business needs and improve efficiency.
Leadership & Team Management
Lead, mentor, and develop the People Team across different locations.
Foster a collaborative, accountable, and service-oriented People culture.
Delegate responsibilities effectively while ensuring high-quality operational delivery.
Drive continuous improvement, capability building, and professional development within the People function.
YOUR EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS
7+ years of progressive experience in the Human Resources department.
Minimum of 3+ years in a senior HR leadership or management role.
Experience managing HR employee relations experience across multiple locations.
Demonstrable experience in negotiations with the Workers Council.
Strong knowledge of Spanish Labor Law (knowledge of any other legislation is highly appreciated).
Experience implementing and managing HRIS systems.
Excellent leadership and people management skills.
Problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
Ability to work independently, make sound decisions, and thrive in a fast-paced, evolving
environment.
Strong analytical and reporting capabilities.
High attention to detail, organization, and time management.
