ABOUT THIS ROLE
The mission of this role is to manage stores and monitoring cashiers provide exchange services and ancillary products of the highest standard to all Customers during the time on duty.
This role also involves maintaining stocks of cash and currencies at the branch as directed by line management and to protect Company assets.
ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Store Organization, Controls and Compliance
- Organize the branch stocks levels and balance the store quickly and without mistakes.
- Supervise that counter positions are always ready when on duty to serve Customers.
- Responsible for the store internal and external appearance and organization.
- Being responsible for the order of the inner counter and comply with Quality Standards (including internal and external appearance and organization of the office).
- Monitor cashier´s performance.
- Check daily reports and perform the necessary administrative tasks: timetables, store balances.
- Carry out spot checks to cashiers under dual control.
- Ensure that the Company established procedures to accomplish regulations, AML and Security in the Workplace are implemented at all times.
- Keep cahiers updated on any applicable information.
- Customer´s Service
- Communicate with Customers and colleagues with speed, accuracy and tact and ensure that cashiers also do.
- Monitor that an effective, efficient and respectful service is offered to Customers at all times as well as the standards of uniformity or where uniform does not apply correct dress code must be followed.
- Business orientation
- Maximize daily foreign exchange revenues.
- Monitor the store revenues and encourage cashiers to achieve goals.
- Maximize cross-selling opportunities and supervise that cashiers do it.
- Monitor competitor's rates.
- Organize and participate in the “hot spots visits”.
- Organize and participate in events to promote our brand.
POSITION REQUIREMENTS

Deep knowledge of the money transfer and FX business.
- Excellent communication skills in English and local language.
- Good command of Microsoft excels.
- Administrative and accountant skills.
- Commercial focused.
