Your mission
As an Administrative (Shared Services), you will play a key role in supporting our global operations by managing Purchasing Requisitions and Business Partner master data processes. You will ensure service excellence, process compliance, and operational efficiency across multiple markets, acting as a reliable partner for internal stakeholders and contributing to the continuous improvement of our Shared Services operations.
Key Responsibilities

Manage Purchasing Requisitions and Business Partner setup processes, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely execution.

Support global operations across Central Europe (CE) and South-West Europe (SWE), delivering high-quality service to internal stakeholders.

Maintain and update master data in SAP and other relevant systems, ensuring data integrity and process consistency.

Collaborate with Procurement, Finance, and business teams to resolve operational issues and improve workflow efficiency.

Contribute to process standardization, continuous improvement initiatives, and adherence to company policies and service level agreements (SLAs).

You'll excel if you have...

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.

1–3 years of experience in a Shared Services Center (SSC), operations, administration, customer service, or a similar support role.

Experience working with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle ERP, or Workday.

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications.

Fluent English and German.
