What you’ll be doing:
Join Zurich Cover-More's global transformation team and help shape how AI and automation are leveraged across our business. As Transformation Manager – AI & Automation Specialist, you’ll work with business and technology leaders to identify high-impact use cases, design practical solutions, build business cases, and lead implementation from concept through delivery. This role is ideal for someone who combines strong AI and automation knowledge with structured problem-solving, stakeholder influence, and hands-on delivery experience. You will:
Identify, assess, and prioritize AI and automation use cases across the business, using operational data and business priorities to focus on the highest-value opportunities.
Partner with business leaders and technology teams to understand processes, pain points, and desired outcomes.
Design practical AI, automation, and process improvement solutions that address business challenges and can scale across the organization.
Build business cases, define success measures, and create clear execution roadmaps for prioritized initiatives.
Lead or support delivery of AI and automation solutions, ensuring implementation, adoption, and measurable business impact.
Track performance and value realization over time, using insights to refine solutions and inform future opportunities.
Help build AI awareness, capability, governance, and ways of working across Zurich Cover-More.
What skills and experience you’ll bring on this journey:
Minimum 3 years’ experience in AI, automation, product management, solution deployment, digital transformation, or a related role. Experience working in a global or complex organization is preferred.
Strong working knowledge of AI and Generative AI fundamentals, including LLMs, agentic workflows, model evaluation, and responsible/scalable use of AI.
Hands-on familiarity with automation and orchestration tools and platforms, such as RPA, OCR, workflow automation, or comparable technologies.
Experience identifying, evaluating, and prioritizing business process automation opportunities.
Ability to translate business problems into practical, scalable technology-enabled solutions.
Experience building business cases, defining outcomes, and delivering initiatives from roadmap through implementation.
Understanding of scalable AI infrastructure considerations, such as model-agnostic architecture, data pipelines, governance, security, or integration with enterprise systems.
Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills, with the ability to partner with senior leaders and cross-functional teams.
Structured thinker with strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a transformation environment.

At Zurich Cover-More, compensation for roles is influenced by a variety of factors, including but not limited to office location, role, skill set, and level of experience. We are committed to providing a fair and reasonable compensation range for each role and additional rewards may include short-term incentive bonuses and increases based on merit. If your salary expectations are not in line with the proposed salary published for this role, you are still encouraged to apply. We will consider applications from talented individuals with the relevant experience, skills, education and attitude on a case-by-case basis.
The compensation shown reflects a national market range and the proposed salary for this position is €45,600 – €68,400 with short-term incentive bonus eligibility of 10%.
