- Previous experience in Reservations, Billing, Revenue Support, or Front Office within a hotel environment.
- Strong knowledge of Opera Cloud PMS.
- Understanding of hotel billing, payment, and invoicing processes.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Strong communication and customer service abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Outlook and Excel.
- Fluent in English and Spanish; additional languages are an asset.
