At MiiN Cosmetics, we bring the best of Korean beauty to Europe. We are looking for a strategic, inspiring, and visionary Head of Creative & Content to lead our creative function, defining how the brand looks, speaks, and expresses itself across every customer touchpoint.
In this role, you will own MiiN's visual identity, tone of voice, and creative direction, ensuring a consistent, premium, and distinctive brand experience across all markets. You will lead a multidisciplinary team of designers, creatives, and content specialists while driving innovation, creativity, and operational excellence.

Our Head of Creative & Content will be based in our Barcelona headquarters.
English is required for this position. Additional European languages are highly valued.
What you'll do:
Brand & Creative Leadership
- Own, evolve, and protect MiiN Cosmetics' visual identity and tone of voice across every channel and market.
- Define the creative vision and brand expression, ensuring a seamless, premium customer experience across e-commerce, retail, CRM, social media, packaging, and all customer communications.
- Develop clear creative principles and brand guidelines that inspire internal teams and ensure absolute consistency across all touchpoints.
- Ensure every customer interaction reflects an inspiring, premium, and recognizable MiiN brand experience.
Content Strategy & Campaigns
- Define the content strategy and messaging framework for all brand and commercial campaigns.
- Lead the development of integrated creative concepts from ideation to execution across digital and physical channels.
- Act as Creative Director for flagship campaigns, including seasonal launches, product drops, major commercial moments, and our annual Advent Calendar.
- Ensure all content remains locally relevant while maintaining a single, consistent global brand voice across all five markets.
Creative Production
- Lead the creation of all written and visual content across e-commerce, retail, CRM, social media, packaging, and brand campaigns.
- Oversee high-level art direction for photography, video production, graphic design, and digital content.
- Own the creative direction of retail environments, bringing the MiiN experience to life through POS materials, window displays, visual merchandising assets, and in-store campaigns.
- Lead packaging and product design, ensuring all packaging is aligned with the overall brand identity and premium positioning.
Team Leadership
- Build, inspire, and develop a high-performing Creative & Content team.
- Foster a collaborative, innovative, and performance-driven culture that encourages creative excellence.
- Coach team members, provide constructive feedback, and actively support their professional growth.
- Allocate resources effectively and establish internal processes that enable high-quality creative output at scale.
Innovation & Operations
- Champion the adoption of AI tools and emerging creative technologies to improve speed, quality, and scalability across the team.
- Manage the department's budget and ensure efficient resource allocation.
- Brief and manage external creative agencies, photographers, production partners, and freelancers.
- Continuously identify opportunities to improve creative workflows, production efficiency, and cross-departmental collaboration.
Cross-functional Collaboration
- Partner closely with Brand, PR, Retail, E-commerce, CRM, Performance Marketing, and Influencer teams to ensure creative output effectively supports both brand-building and commercial objectives.
- Present creative strategies, concepts, and performance updates to senior leadership.
- Measure creative effectiveness and continuously optimize content based on performance data and business objectives.

- 4 to 5 years of experience in similar roles (growth, marketing, or brand management).
- Strategic, proactive, and results-oriented profile.
- Ability to lead cross-functional projects and coordinate multiple stakeholders.
- Experience in KPI monitoring and analysis.
- Previous experience in PR management and agency management.
- Experience in event organization and drive-to-store activations.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work in dynamic environments and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- High level of English and Spanish required.
