At SATLANTIS, we design advanced space technologies to tackle global challenges from above. Now you can bring your technical expertise into a mission that looks far beyond Earth.
This role places you at the heart of our operations and maintenance activities. As an Manteinance & Infrastructure Engineer, you’ll help maintain equipment and facilities at peak performance, supporting both day-to-day operations and long-term improvements.
- Mission-driven projects with global impact: Your effort will directly contribute to the reliability, safety, and efficiency of our industrial operations, supporting cutting-edge space technologies.
- Professional growth in a high-tech environment: Develop your skills in preventive maintenance, industrial systems, and operational management in a dynamic, hands-on environment.
- Flexible working hours: Because balance and trust are part of how we work.
- Young, dynamic environment: Join a proactive team where autonomy, innovation, and collaboration drive our daily routine.
- Private health insurance: Your wellbeing comes first, with comprehensive coverage.

You’ll be part of the Operations team, ensuring that equipment, facilities, and operational processes are properly maintained, compliant with standards, and continuously improved. Your technical knowledge and organizational skills will help transform preventive and corrective plans into safe, efficient, and reliable operations across multiple sites.
Your main responsibilities will be:
- Preventive and corrective maintenance – Carry out and oversee the execution of the preventive maintenance plan, adjusting it according to criticality and failure history. Resolve corrective maintenance based on production impact, recording root cause and intervention. Directly handle the maintenance of specialized, non-delegable equipment, particularly vacuum systems.
- CMMS management – Deploy and operate the system: asset registration, maintenance plans, work orders, and spare parts. Maintain traceability of interventions and generate the area’s management indicators.
- Coordination of external resources – Define the scope of the outsourced service and supervise its execution on-site. Monitor compliance, quality, and deadlines; validate completed work. Manage other technical suppliers and one-off contractors.
- Facility and equipment improvement – Identify and propose technical, efficiency, and safety improvements, with justification for approval by Management. Implement approved improvements and update the associated plans and documentation.
- Commissioning – Lead the receipt, installation, validation, and handover to production of new equipment and facilities.
- Housekeeping (5S) – Establish and maintain the housekeeping standard for facilities and technical areas at both sites. Act as the reference for compliance, correcting deviations on a day-to-day basis.
- Audits – Conduct periodic internal audits of maintenance and housekeeping, following up on corrective actions until closure. Participate in external quality and customer audits, providing records and responding to findings within their scope.
- Technical foundation: You hold a bachelor’s degree in an engineering field (mechanical, electrical, electronics, industrial technology, or similar).
- Experience: 3-5 years in industrial plant maintenance. Management and supervision of maintenance contractors. Experience working with CMMS/EAM systems. Commissioning of equipment and facilities.
- Problem-solving and teamwork: Positive attitude, collaborative mindset, and eagerness to learn continuously.
- Other: Driving license and availability to travel between sites.
- Desirable: Vacuum systems and associated equipment. Quality management systems and audit experience. 5S methodology and continuous improvement.
