Job Overview:
We are looking for an AI Engineer with at least three years' experience in designing, building, and deploying agentic AI and machine learning solutions to join our awesome development team.
The candidate will participate in the design, development, and testing of the company’s portfolio software solutions, including both customer-facing services and internal tools. Being part of the development team, technology research and innovation will be a fundamental pillar in your activities.
The AI Engineer must have strong skills in modern AI application development — with a strong focus on LLM-powered, agentic systems — solid Python programming and data analysis, and the ability to integrate autonomous, AI-driven capabilities into robust, user-centric web tools and interfaces.
Your Mission:
As an AI Engineer, you will be a central figure in our forward-thinking team, owning the design and implementation of agentic and AI-driven solutions — from autonomous agents and multi-agent systems to the web tools and interfaces that bring them to our users.
Building on a solid foundation of Python programming, web development, and data management, you will take ownership of the full lifecycle of our agentic AI features — agentic development, orchestration, evaluation, and production deployment — designing reliable, observable, and human-in-the-loop experiences that are seamless and innovative.
Key Responsibilities:

Write E2 (elegant*efficient), well-documented, and reusable code.
- Design, build, and operate agentic systems: autonomous agents, agentic workflows, planning and reasoning loops, tool / function calling, and multi-agent orchestration using frameworks such as LangChain / LangGraph, LlamaIndex, CrewAI, AutoGen, or the Model Context Protocol (MCP).
- Design agent memory, context, and retrieval strategies, applying RAG (retrieval-augmented generation), prompt and context engineering, and vector databases to ground agents in company data.
- Define and run evaluations (evals) for agents and models, and design human-in-the-loop workflows to keep autonomous systems safe, accurate, and aligned with business goals.
- Develop and optimize AI-driven features powered by LLMs and machine learning models, integrating them into web interfaces using frameworks such as Flask, Django, FastAPI, or React.
- Take ownership of the full AI solution lifecycle: data preparation, model and agent development, evaluation, deployment, monitoring, and continuous improvement.
- Ensure the seamless, reliable, and safe integration of AI agents into production systems, applying guardrails, evals, and observability.
- Lead the creation of prototypes and proof-of-concept solutions to illustrate the effectiveness and potential of agentic AI and web innovations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions and agentic workflows into existing systems and operations.
- Stay abreast of the rapidly evolving agentic AI and web development landscape, continuously bringing new approaches to the team.
- Write both technical and user documentation, and collaborate with QA to ensure AI features meet the quality standards.
Requirements:
Education, Certifications and Experience

Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field of study a plus.
- At least 3 years of experience in a similar position designing and deploying AI / machine learning solutions, including hands-on experience building LLM-based and agentic systems.
- Experience integrating AI agents and ML models into web-based applications and production environments.
- Experience with cloud-native technologies (Docker, Kubernetes, etc.) and cloud computing platforms (AWS, Private Cloud) a plus.
Skills & Mindset

Hands-on experience designing and building agentic AI: autonomous agents, agentic workflows, planning / reasoning, tool / function calling, agent memory, and multi-agent orchestration with frameworks such as LangChain / LangGraph, LlamaIndex, CrewAI, AutoGen, or MCP.
- Strong command of LLMs, RAG, prompt and context engineering, and vector databases (e.g., Pinecone, Weaviate, pgvector).
- Experience defining agent / model evaluations (evals), guardrails, and observability for safe, reliable autonomous systems.
- Solid proficiency in Python, essential for AI development, with familiarity with machine learning libraries such as TensorFlow, Keras, PyTorch, or Scikit-learn.
- Excellent analytical abilities, with the capacity to collect, organize, and analyze large datasets to glean valuable insights.
- Proficiency in web development frameworks (Flask, Django, FastAPI) and front-end technologies (React) for AI-driven interfaces.
