Join our HR team in Barcelona and gain hands-on experience across the full intern-journey at Henkel Ibérica. You will support Talent Acquisition, contracting, and onboarding activities for our intern community, working closely with HR Recruitment Partner, HR Business partners and Business teams while gaining valuable experience in an international environment.
- Support the end-to-end recruitment process for internship positions across Henkel Ibérica.

Post vacancies, actively source candidates, and help build strong talent pipelines for future internship opportunities.

Screen applications, identify suitable profiles, and conduct initial phone interviews with candidates.

Coordinate candidate shortlists and interviews, working closely with hiring managers and external partner throughout the selection process.

Support the full intern journey, including university agreements, contracting, pre-boarding, onboarding, and follow-up during the internship.

Contribute to improving our internship talent attraction strategy by identifying challenges and suggesting new ways to reach and engage students.

Take part in HR projects, career fairs, and local HR initiatives, gaining exposure to broader HR topics beyond Talent Acquisition.

Able to do a 12-month internhsip (full time, 8 hours a day)

Degree in HR, Labor Relations, Psychology or Business administration

Some experience in HR department (internship)

Fluent English and Spanish is a must (daily verbal and written communication)

Microsoft Office skills (Excel & Power Point)
