Garantizar la disponibilidad, seguridad y correcto funcionamiento de las instalaciones, equipos y sistemas de las instalaciones mediante la planificación, coordinación y supervisión de las actividades de mantenimiento preventivo, correctivo y predictivo, contribuyendo a la continuidad operativa y al cumplimiento de los objetivos de productividad, seguridad y calidad.
Actividades :
Supervisar el mantenimiento de las instalaciones, sistemas eléctricos, climatización, protección contra incendios y servicios generales.
Actividades diarias típicas: Revisión de incidencias y averías abiertas, Priorización de órdenes de trabajo, Seguimiento del plan preventivo , Coordinación de técnicos internos y proveedores externos, Control de repuestos y materiales, Reuniones con Operaciones, Logística y Seguridad y Seguimiento de KPIs de mantenimiento.
