FIELD TECHNICIAN
Clayton Industries is a world leader in water-tube steam systems with capacities up to 20,000 kg/hour and pressures up to 140 bar for the food, pharmaceutical, chemical, marine and offshore industries as well as power generation facilities.
Clayton steam generators and recovery boilers are present internationally.
Clayton's headquarters and production plant for Europe, Middle East and Africa (EMEA) is located in Bornem (Belgium). Service for all these areas is also coordinated from Bornem and locally in some countries.
Description:
In view of the expansion of our business we are looking for a service technician to carry out maintenance and repair of steam generators in Spain and France mainly and in EMEA sporadically.
Clayton after sales service is guaranteed 24h/7 days. All our technicians must ensure this service on weekends occasionally or outside normal working hours.
The candidate with the right profile:
Do not have a “work from 9:00 to 17:00” spirit.
Have electromechanical studies or equivalent by experience.
Speak more than one language (Spanish, English, French), medium / high level.
You work mainly in the area of Spain and France.
Knowledge of administrative tasks
Customer service oriented
Excellent communication and relationship skills at all levels
Be able to work independently and practical minded
Willingness to travel, from monday to friday + 50% mostly in Spain and sometimes in the EMEA region (Europe, Middle East and Africa).
Driving license
Immediate and full integration
Additional benefits: Notions of PLC (Siemens, Télémécanique) and experience with steam installations. Other languages.
Duties:
Steam boiler maintenance services.
Repairs and commissioning
Achieve all profit, time, quality and customer satisfaction targets on assigned jobs.
Effectively manage the correspondence and communication process for assigned jobs using memos, outstanding jobs, logs and other management tools as needed.

Training:
For the first few months the person will be accompanied by another technician and will go to Belgium frequently to train on the boilers and steam systems they will be working with.
Salary:
28k-30k negotiable depending on the experience provided by the profile.
Travel expenses, accommodation and meals to be paid by the company every time you have to travel for the job.
A bonus for each night spent away from home.
