MISSION
Lead and coordinate transversal strategic projects across institutional, scientific, and patient engagement stakeholders, ensuring effective collaboration with Health Authorities, scientific societies, patient organizations, and other relevant institutions.
The mission of the role is to develop and deliver initiatives that strengthen external partnerships, support patient-centered objectives, and generate strategic value for the organization, while ensuring outstanding cross-functional coordination, high-quality execution, and full compliance with corporate standards and external requirements.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead the coordination and execution of cross-functional projects involving institutions, scientific societies, and patient associations, ensuring alignment with departmental and company priorities.
- Manage and coordinate all patient advocacy-related activities, fostering strong and productive relationships with patient associations, and establishing a smooth and structured way of working with key partners.
- Support the planning, preparation, and execution of annual events and collaborative initiatives with external stakeholders, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality outcomes.
- Coordinate and execute the internal and external communication activities of the department and under the guidance of the institutional relations director and the communications director.
- Act as a key liaison across multiple internal functions, working closely and on an ongoing basis with RAAMs, MAAMs, access, institutional affairs and communications teams.
- Ensure strong cross-functional alignment for high-level institutional events, coordinating contributions and interactions among Access leadership, Communications, the General Manager, and Presidency when required.
- Drive structured project planning, including timelines, milestones, stakeholder mapping, follow-up actions, and execution tracking, to ensure excellent delivery of transversal initiatives.
- Identify potential risks, anticipate needs, and proactively resolve issues to keep projects on track and ensure successful implementation.
- Contribute to strengthening the visibility, reputation and strategic positioning of the department through well-coordinated projects, stakeholder engagement and other initiatives.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
- University degree.
- Master’s/Postgraduate degree in Health Policy, Public Health, Public affairs, Communication or Project Management.
- Minimum 7 years of experience in the pharmaceutical/biotech sector (dermatology preferred), demonstrating increasing responsibility in cross-functional project delivery and/or engagement with institutions and patient groups.
