At Grand Hyatt Barcelona, one of the city’s newest and most prestigious luxury hotels, we are looking for a professional, welcoming, and service-oriented Doorman to join our Front Office team.

As a Doorman, you will act as an ambassador of the Hyatt brand, welcoming guests, assisting with their needs, and ensuring a smooth and personalized experience from the moment they arrive.
This is an operational position with a rotating schedule, including shifts, weekends, and public holidays according to hotel operational needs. You will work closely with Front Office, Bell Attendants, Concierge, Guest Relations, and Security teams to ensure an exceptional guest experience.
- Welcome and bid farewell to guests with warmth, professionalism, and courtesy.
- Assist guests upon arrival and departure, ensuring a smooth and memorable experience.
- Coordinate guest arrivals and departures with Bell Attendants and Front Office teams.
- Support guests with transportation arrangements and valet parking services when required.
- Handle and coordinate the receipt and delivery of packages, correspondence, and guest items.
- Assist with concierge-related requests and provide directions and information about the hotel and local area.
- Deliver personalized attention to VIP guests and support special arrivals.
- Maintain the entrance area to the highest standards of appearance and hospitality.
- Anticipate guest needs and provide proactive assistance whenever possible.
- Represent the Grand Hyatt brand with professionalism, elegance, and exceptional service.
