Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or above in Civil Engineering, Engineering Cost, Engineering Management or other related majors.
Fluent in English and Spanish.
a) Minimum 6 years of working experience in cost engineering, cost control, commercial management, or quantity surveying.
b) Experience in manufacturing, industrial plants, or process facilities (highly advantageous)
c) Exposure to multinational environments
d) Strong understanding of procurement, supply chain, and contract administration in industrial settings

Professional Competencies
a) Proven experience working on construction, infrastructure, or industrial/manufacturing projects
b) Proven experience working in Spain or with Spanish contractors/subcontractors
c) Strong understanding of Spanish construction law or industrial bespoke contracts
d) Experience in cost forecasting, cost reporting, and change/claims management
e) Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail and commercial awareness
f) Ability to manage multiple stakeholders in a fast-paced project environment
Advanced proficiency in Excel and cost management tools (e.g., Presto or similar) and Microsoft Office suite for data analysis and document output.
