Job Title: Quality Systems Specialist
Ecolab is looking for a Quality Systems Engineer for HC Europe, reporting to the Quality Systems Manager for HC Europe and to work on ensuring Quality System is established and maintained in accordance with applicable government regulations and standards (especially MDD, MDR and ISO 13485) in Europe.
How you;

Manage the Non-Conformity System and CAPA program. Responsible for ensuring gaps/actions are prioritized and actions closed. Providing coaching and consultancy on possible solutions to ensure effective and timely execution.
Maintain the document management system and the record management system, eliminating duplication and promoting simplicity and efficiency. Provide training to all functions.
Lead the management of the training on documents according to the internal procedures.
Support on the audit program including internal, supplier and external audit. Directly interfaces with auditors, certified/notified bodies and/or regulatory authorities.
Engage stakeholders on gaps and opportunities, bringing quality management system to life with one tracker, workshops, successes, and relevant indicators (KPI’s).
Support in collecting data for review and conducting management review of the overall Quality System.
Works as a cross-functional QA interface towards all European Ecolab Facilities, RD&E, Marketing, Regulatory, Manufacturing and Supply Chain teams.
Lead and coordinate the enhancements of the electronic Quality Management System, being the reference for managing the tool, supporting the users as well as provide training and communications to the functions involved.
Qualifications:
Education:
Degree in Chemistry, Pharmacy, Engineering, Food Science, or related field with strong Chemistry component.
Deep knowledge of quality management systems, standards, and government regulations applicable to the industry (MDD, MDR, ISO 13485 and ISO9001).
ISO Certification Preferred
Experience:
5 years working experience with quality management system.
Ideally several years of work experience in the chemical sector, design & development, manufacturing and/or quality assurance, including generation of detailed specifications and requirements.
Preferably: Project management experience.
Competencies:
Must possess good interpersonal skills to establish effective working relationships that are critical in a team environment.
English Professional, ideally also able to speak and read German and French. Effective oral and written communication skill set. Requires proficient presentation and technical writing abilities.
Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously.
High leadership level.
Ability to travel.
