We are looking for an HR Business Partner to join the People & Culture team in Bilbao, Madrid or Portugal, in a hybrid format.
What You’ll Do:
- Act as a strategic partner to business managers, supporting them in people management and implementation of HR policies and processes.
- Identify and address people-related needs, proposing and implementing solutions aligned with corporate guidelines.
- Support the rollout of HR initiatives and projects, ensuring effective implementation and follow-up.
- Collaborate with business leadership to analyze organizational needs and drive action plans to improve team performance and engagement.
- Lead employee experience and continuous improvement initiatives within the business area.
- Ensure compliance with labor regulations, internal policies, and collective agreements, managing employee relations topics when needed.
- Support talent management processes, including performance reviews, development, and feedback.
- Participate in cross-functional HR projects to ensure alignment and consistency across the organization.
What We’re Looking For:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Law, Psychology, or a related field.
- Master’s degree in Human Resources or related field is highly valued.
- Around 3–5 years of experience in HR roles, preferably as an HR Business Partner or HR Generalist.
- Experience in a corporate environment, ideally supporting a business unit or entity within a larger organization.
