Job Title: Shared Service technician (German native)
Reports to: Director / Senior Management or to a Procurement Manager

Job Summary:
The Technicians (2) will be responsible for managing Purchasing Requisitions and Business Partner's set up, ensuring the required service level as well as business objectives and operational workflows.

German and English language is a must (French will be a plus).

SAP Transactional Purchasing background will be recommended
To remark that 1 of those guys will be the replacement of MªIsabel Esco, who retires on Jul'26 31st.
Key Responsibilities:

To manage Purchasing Requisitions and Business Partner's set up in a Global scope (mainly for CE and SWE).
Main Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.

1–3 years of experience in a Shared Services Center (SSC), operations, administration, customer service, or a similar support role.

Experience working with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle ERP, or Workday.

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications.

Fluent English and German.
