Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Spa Therapist role based in the Greater Palma de Mallorca and Peguera. The Spa Therapist will provide a range of professional spa treatments, including facials, pedicures, and other cosmetology services, following established protocols and hygiene standards. Daily responsibilities include preparing treatment rooms, consulting with guests to understand their needs, recommending appropriate services, and delivering consistent, high-quality treatments. The role also involves maintaining spa equipment and supplies, documenting services, and supporting overall spa operations. A strong focus on customer service is essential, as the Spa Therapist will interact with guests throughout their visit to ensure a relaxing and positive experience.
Qualifications
- Demonstrated skills in spa treatments and facials, with the ability to deliver safe and effective services.
- Practical knowledge of cosmetology and pedicures, including proper techniques and hygiene practices.
- Strong customer service abilities, with a friendly, professional manner and excellent interpersonal communication.
- Relevant certification or diploma in cosmetology, spa therapy, or a related field.
- Experience working in a spa, salon, hotel, or wellness center is preferred.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as required by spa operations.
- Attention to detail, reliability, and the ability to follow health and safety guidelines.
- Basic proficiency in local language(s); additional language skills are an advantage.
