Your Responsibilities
- Develop and enhance maritime sensor-, navigation-, and automation-systems in close collaboration with your team

Plan your tasks together with the team, e.g., effort estimates, technical implementation, integration, and testing

Continuously improve our delivery efficiency and quality, e.g., domain understanding, automation, and AI-supported development

Contribute ideas beyond your immediate area of responsibility on how we can further improve our results and collaboration, e.g., methods/processes and innovation
Your Profile
- Degree in computer science/engineering or a comparable qualification

An affinity for AI comes naturally to you; you are motivated to expand the use of AI pragmatically and responsibly, both in engineering and in our products

Analytical thinking; strong willingness to learn; pronounced quality awareness; very good written and spoken English

Compensation Package
The employment relationship is governed by the collective agreement applicable in Spain for companies in IT and technology consulting (XIX Convenio colectivo estatal de empresas de consultoría, tecnologías de la información y estudios de mercado y de la opinión pública).
Of course, we offer attractive compensation and working conditions that are aligned with the market and your qualifications and may significantly exceed the minimum standards set by the collective agreement.
