Daemi Real Estate is looking for a highly organised, proactive, and bilingual Real Estate Assistant to join our growing real estate agency in Marbella on a full-time basis.
We specialise in helping international clients buy property on the Costa del Sol, with a focus on new developments, off-plan properties, resale homes, and relocation support. We are looking for someone who can support the daily operations of the agency, manage client enquiries, organise buyer requirements, coordinate property information, prepare listings, follow up with leads, and assist with marketing and administration.
This is an office-based role in Marbella. The ideal candidate should be reliable, detail-oriented, professional, and comfortable working in a fast-paced real estate environment with multiple clients, properties, agents, developers, and daily follow-ups.
The right person will be confident using WhatsApp, email, spreadsheets, CRM systems, Google Drive, Canva or similar tools, and will be comfortable communicating with clients, developers, agents, suppliers, and other professionals.
Responsibilities
You will help with tasks such as:
Managing new buyer enquiries from WhatsApp, email, website forms, property portals, and social media.
Following up with potential buyers, sellers, developers, collaborating agents, and clients.
Organising buyer requirements, including budget, preferred areas, property type, timeline, financing status, and lifestyle needs.
Updating CRM records, spreadsheets, lead pipelines, client notes, property lists, and follow-up tasks.
Preparing and sending property options to clients based on their requirements.
Uploading, editing, and maintaining real estate listings, property descriptions, photos, prices, availability, and marketing details.
Helping prepare property brochures, buyer presentations, comparison documents, and client-facing information.
Coordinating property viewings, client meetings, developer appointments, agent calls, and follow-up communication.
Requesting and organising property documents, floor plans, photos, price lists, availability lists, and basic legal or property information.
Assisting with social media content, Canva designs, property posts, email campaigns, and general marketing support.
Researching new developments, resale properties, competitors, developers, market information, and local Costa del Sol property opportunities.
Keeping documents, contracts, client files, photos, invoices, and agency information well organised.
Supporting communication between clients, lawyers, developers, agents, notaries, mortgage brokers, and other professionals when needed.
Requirements
Fluent English is essential.
Spanish is also required.
Any other languages is a plus.
Previous experience as a real estate assistant, real estate coordinator, administrative assistant, sales support assistant, marketing assistant, property management assistant, or client service assistant is preferred.
Excellent written communication skills.
Strong organisation and attention to detail.
Comfortable speaking with clients by WhatsApp, email, and phone.
Confident using Gmail, Google Drive, Google Sheets or Excel, and general office software.
Comfortable with CRM systems or willing to learn.
Ability to manage multiple leads, clients, properties, and follow-ups at the same time.
Able to work independently, take initiative, and solve problems without constant supervision.
Based in Marbella or nearby areas such as San Pedro, Nueva Andalucía, Benahavís, Estepona, Mijas, Fuengirola, or Málaga.
Able to work full-time from our Marbella office.
Experience in real estate, property sales, rentals, property management, construction, interior design, hospitality, or customer service is a plus.
Experience with Canva, social media, WordPress, property portals, email marketing, or basic design tools is a plus.
Ideal Candidate
The right person for this role is organised, reliable, proactive, and professional. You should enjoy working with people, following up with clients, keeping information organised, and helping move deals and client conversations forward.
You do not need to be a real estate agent, but you should have an interest in property and be comfortable learning about areas, developments, property details, buyer requirements, and the sales process.
You should be able to write clearly, communicate professionally, and keep track of many small details without letting things fall through the cracks.
This role would suit someone who enjoys structure, communication, client service, property, marketing, and daily office-based teamwork.
