AVU SA is one of Europe’s leading fine wine merchants and the largest stockholder of rare and prestigious wines. We're looking for a passionate Account Sales Manager to join our dynamic team in León, Spain, and help us grow our presence in the Spanish-speaking market.
HOW WILL YOU MAKE A DIFFERENCE?
As an Account Sales Manager, you will be responsible for building and nurturing authentic relationships with our clients, representing the voice of AVU SA across international markets. Through your passion for the world of fine wine and your ability to create lasting connections, you will deliver an outstanding level of service in Spanish and English.
Via phone, email, and digital channels, you will serve as a key point of contact for private clients, collectors, and industry professionals, ensuring a service that reflects the quality and refinement of the wines we offer. In addition to providing expert guidance, you will use your commercial instinct to identify sales opportunities and foster client loyalty.
You will receive ongoing training on the world of fine wines, our exclusive selection, and the values that set us apart, enabling you to offer each client a memorable experience. You will operate in accordance with our company guidelines while playing an active role in our ambitious growth plans.
Your mission
You will be the trusted advisor to our high-value private clientele—collectors, connoisseurs, and industry professionals—providing them with a bespoke, expert-level service. Your role will focus on activating, developing, and retaining key clients, achieving personal sales targets, and contributing to the overall success of the company.
What you'll do
- Build and grow strong, long-term relationships with premium wine buyers.
- Activate inactive clients and attract new high-potential clients.
- Identify market opportunities and match the right wines to each client's taste.
- Coordinate with internal teams to deliver a seamless and impeccable customer experience.
- Act as a true ambassador of AVU SA in the international wine community.
What makes you a perfect match
- Fluent in Spanish (native/bilingual) and English.
- Proven commercial mindset and sales experience, preferably within the luxury industry.
- Passion for fine wine and willingness to learn—no prior wine experience required, as full training will be provided.
- Client-focused, detail-oriented, and highly self-motivated.
- Able to work in a fast-paced, international environment.
