Marketing and Business – Intern in Barcelona: 360° Real Estate Experience at Casamona

We are looking for motivated interns to join our team in the heart of Barcelona. You will be right in the thick of the action, working across multiple areas to see exactly how a fast-paced company works from the inside out.
- Duration: 3 to 9 months
- The Blueprint: This is a mandatory educational internship. We pair you with a team mentor daily and tailor your schedule exactly to your university's hours.
The 360° Business Rotation
Instead of getting stuck doing one repetitive task, you will jump across different departments to test your skills and see how all the moving parts connect:
- The Property Hunt (60%): Learn the absolute core of the business. You will search for hidden apartment gems across Barcelona, master our Sooprema database system, and learn how properties are valued and priced in a major European market.
- The Brand & Marketing (25%): Get creative with our real-world marketing. You'll help take property photos, draft premium listings, manage social media campaigns, and analyze what the competition is doing to keep us on top.
- The Office & Legal Flow (15%): See how deals actually cross the finish line. Shadow our Office Manager to learn the legal mechanics, contract basics, and administration required to onboard clients and close deals safely.
