You are an energetic and customer-focused sales professional with proven experience in Field Sales, Account Management, or Business Development, ideally within the FMCG, OOH, Foodservice, or Horeca sectors. A strong commercial mindset comes naturally to you, and you enjoy identifying opportunities, influencing customers, and delivering measurable results.
Strong analytical skills are equally important, as you will use data to understand customer performance, prioritize opportunities, and improve route productivity. Experience with Trade Marketing tools, sell-out data analysis, or retail execution platforms will be considered an advantage.
Beyond technical expertise, we are looking for someone who is proactive, organized, resilient, and highly motivated to achieve ambitious goals. You communicate confidently with a wide range of stakeholders, build trust quickly, and take ownership of your territory. Additionally, you are comfortable working independently while maintaining strong collaboration with cross-functional teams.
To succeed in this role, you should have advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel and good proficiency in Microsoft Office applications. Previous experience in customer-facing commercial roles within leading consumer goods companies is highly valued. Fluency in Spanish is required, while English language skills will be considered a plus. A valid driving licence and residence in Valencia, or immediate mobility to the area, are essential.
