At CORUS, we are seeking an experienced Program Manager to lead strategic regional and global programs with significant business impact.
Location: Hybrid from Barcelona
You will:
- Lead and oversee regional and global programs, coordinating multiple projects and workstreams.
- Define program vision, governance, delivery approach, and implementation plans.
- Manage program execution, ensuring objectives are delivered on time, within scope, and budget.
- Monitor progress, milestones, risks, issues, and dependencies, implementing mitigation actions when required.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders across IT, Business, Risk, and other functions.
- Coordinate project teams, resources, and budgets to support successful delivery.
- Drive change management and support the adoption of new processes and ways of working.
- Prepare status reports, executive presentations, and governance materials for senior management.
Promote best practices and support the development of project management capabilities across the organization.

You should have:
- University degree; Master's degree is a plus.
- 8+ years of experience leading regional and/or global programs and projects.
- Proven experience managing multiple stakeholders, workstreams, and priorities simultaneously.
- Strong leadership, communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience in project and program management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, Lean).
- Ability to identify risks, make decisions, and drive successful outcomes in dynamic environments.
- Background in insurance, financial services, or other regulated industries is highly valued.
- Project and Program Management certifications (PMP, PRINCE2, MSP, Agile/Scrum) are highly valued.
Fluent English is a must.
