The job of technology department is focused mainly on:
To define verification plans describing the necessary tests to validate the industrial process (solder paste, varnish, glues, assembly of components, substrates, machines…)
To manage assembly verifications
To edit verification reports
To perform manufacturing procedures
To attend SMT MPCB customer meetings
To support during design and manufacturing phase in the project
To participate in PCB design review
To participate in international committees to introduce a new material, process or EEE part and workshops at TAS level.
To maintain internal Parts Common Data Base (PCDB)
Education & Qualifications
- Master Degree required, Degree in Electronics, Physics, Aerospace or Telecommunications preferred.
- English essential, French would be a plus
Skills and experience
- Organized and disciplined to ensure compliance with company procedures and
programs requirements.
- Ability to work closely with other areas of the organization as part of a Team.
- Effective communication ability with suppliers/manufacturers, customers and
subcontractors.
- Desirable experience in Space programs and knowledge of mechanical tests.
