We are seeking a experienced Program Manager Lead to oversee and coordinate complex initiatives within the IT Infrastructure and Cloud domain. Required Skills: Proven experience in Program Management within IT Infrastructure. Strong knowledge of: Cloud platforms, On‑premises infrastructure, virtualization, storage, networking, Identity & Access Management, Monitoring, resilience, business continuity, Cybersecurity fundamentals, Financial and budgeting skills. Knowledge of IT frameworks (ITIL, COBIT, TOGAF preferred). Preferred Certifications: PMP, Prince2, ITIL, Scrum/Agile. Soft Skills: Strong leadership and team coordination abilities. Excellent communication skills across technical and business stakeholders. Problem‑solving mindset, capable of handling complex scenarios. Goal‑oriented, collaborative, and comfortable with change management. Experience: 5+ years of Project/Program Management in enterprise IT environments. Solid background in IT Infrastructure or Cloud Engineering.A strong proficiency in English is required; proficiency in the Italian language will be considered an advantage
