As a Lead Senior Auditor IT, you will:
- Lead and supervise audit seniors and staff auditors throughout the audit lifecycle.
- Oversee interviews, documentation reviews, surveys, testing activities, and audit workpapers.
- Direct audit procedures, including risk assessment, issue identification, evidence evaluation, and process documentation.
- Review, coach, and challenge audit teams in developing actionable findings and recommendations.
- Facilitate opening and closing meetings with local and global management teams.
- Monitor audit progress, budgets, and timelines while providing regular updates to project sponsors and leadership.
- Present audit results and advisory recommendations through professional reports and presentations.
- Build strong relationships with auditees, business leaders, and key stakeholders across the organization.
- Contribute to enterprise risk assessments and annual audit planning activities.
- Represent Global Internal Audit on cross-functional project teams and management committees.
- Mentor, coach, and develop audit professionals to strengthen team capabilities and performance.
What You'll Bring
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, MIS, or related field.
- 5+ years' experience in IT Audit, IT Consulting, IT Security, Technology Risk, or IT Management.
- 3+ years of leadership or project management experience.
- Strong knowledge of IT auditing, risk management, and internal controls.
- Experience with SAP, ERP systems, ITGCs, Cybersecurity, SOX/COSO, Governance, Privacy, Infrastructure, SDLC, or OT Security.
- Fluent English. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Preferred Certifications: CISA, CISSP, CIA, CPA, or equivalent.
