Which tasks can you expect?
Act as a trusted advisor for German-speaking customers on SAP HCM Payroll and SAP HXM solutions.
Lead customer workshops and translate business requirements into scalable SAP solutions.
Deliver SAP HXM Application Management Services (AMS), including implementations, change requests, configuration and system enhancements.
Advise customers on SAP HANA, Cloud and modern HR architectures.
Take ownership of Payroll Control Center (PCC), InnovaPay and Payroll-related Add-ons.
Provide expert support for complex Payroll and HR topics, ensuring high-quality service delivery.
Identify automation opportunities, process improvements and efficiency gains.
Ensure compliance with legal and payroll regulations while staying up to date with SAP innovations.
Collaborate with Sales, PreSales and Delivery teams on customer engagements and transformation initiatives.
What do you have to offer?
5+ years of experience as an SAP HCM Payroll / SAP HXM Consultant in AMS and/or implementation projects.
Strong expertise in SAP Payroll for Germany and experience with German-speaking customers in the DACH region.
Solid understanding of SAP HANA, Cloud technologies and modern SAP HR landscapes.
Experience with PCC and payroll-related innovations or Add-ons is a strong advantage.
Proven ability to lead customer discussions, workshops and solution design activities.
Strong analytical, communication and stakeholder management skills.
Fluent German and English are mandatory.
