Operations Support Coordinator
Hotel's Performance is looking for an Operations Support Coordinator to join our Madrid-based team. This is a full-time hybrid position supporting day-to-day activities for hotel and hospitality clients.
The role combines operational coordination, administrative support and digital project assistance. You will work with internal teams to help keep client projects organised, ensure information is updated accurately and support the smooth delivery of ongoing hotel-related initiatives.
What You’ll Do
- Coordinate day-to-day operational requests and follow up on assigned tasks.
- Maintain and update client information, records and internal systems.
- Assist with the preparation of reports, spreadsheets and routine performance summaries.
- Support the coordination of digital marketing and hospitality projects.
- Communicate with internal team members and external hotel contacts when required.
- Help monitor project deadlines and ensure follow-up actions are completed on time.
- Organise documents, campaign information and operational materials.
- Identify missing or inconsistent information and escalate issues to the appropriate team.
- Provide general administrative and operational assistance across ongoing projects.
What We’re Looking For
- Previous experience in operations, administration, customer support or a related role.
- Good organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Comfortable working with spreadsheets, online systems and standard office software.
- Clear written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage several tasks while meeting deadlines.
- A proactive and reliable approach to day-to-day work.
- Good working knowledge of English.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
