Do you love Menorca and enjoy sharing its stunning coastline, charming villages, history, and Mediterranean lifestyle with visitors?
Guydeez is looking for enthusiastic locals to lead private, personalized walking experiences for small groups of international travelers. This freelance opportunity is ideal for people who enjoy meeting visitors and creating authentic, memorable experiences.
No professional tour guide license is required. We value local knowledge, excellent communication skills, and enthusiasm for showcasing Menorca.
What You'll Do
- Lead private walking experiences across Menorca, typically lasting 3–8 hours
- Share engaging stories about the island's history, culture, traditions, and hidden gems
- Personalize each experience according to guests' interests and pace
- Recommend local attractions, beaches, restaurants, and cultural sites
- Create a welcoming, professional, and memorable experience for every visitor
- Travel between different locations across Menorca when required
- (Optional) Host food-focused experiences featuring Menorcan gastronomy
Who We're Looking For
- Based in Menorca or very familiar with the island
- Strong knowledge of Menorca's history, culture, and main attractions
- Fluent in at least one of the following languages: French, Spanish, or English
- Friendly, confident, and comfortable interacting with international visitors
- Comfortable leading walking experiences lasting 3–8 hours
- Own vehicle required for activities involving transportation between locations
- Valid driving licence and appropriate vehicle documentation
- Previous experience in hospitality, tourism, customer service, or guiding is a plus but not required
- Passion for local culture, storytelling, and gastronomy is an advantage

Additional Information
