As Head of Digital Product, you will lead the integration of Nespresso’s global digital product and experience functions across the full digital ecosystem, including eCommerce, mobile apps, retail, POS, order management, marketplaces, contact centres and connected machines. This is a senior leadership role with enterprise-wide impact, bringing together product management, UX, service design, user research and content strategy into one clear, human-centred roadmap.
You will shape how customers, employees, farmers and other Nespresso stakeholders experience our digital products across B2C and B2B channels. Working closely with Brand, CRM, Retail, Technology, Engineering and Product squads, you will turn strategy into delivery, create stronger governance, reduce friction, and ensure our product decisions are driven by customer insight, data and measurable business value.
This role reports to the Global Head of Digital Strategy & Expansion and leads a large global community of approximately 90+ Product Managers, Digital Product Designers, Service and Experience Designers, UX Researchers and Content Strategists.

Contribute to and execute a cohesive global digital product and experience strategy across Nespresso’s digital ecosystem

Own and evolve a unified global product roadmap covering eCommerce, mobile apps, POS, order management, marketplaces, contact centres and connected machines

Lead and connect product, UX, service design, user research and content strategy teams to deliver consistent, engaging and inclusive digital experiences

Champion a customer-centric and human-centred approach, using user research, journey mapping, voice-of-customer insights and data to guide product decisions

Partner with Brand, CRM, Retail, Technology, Engineering and business stakeholders to align priorities, roadmap choices and execution plans

Drive agile delivery through cross-functional squads, including rapid prototyping, hypothesis validation and continuous improvement

Establish governance models that make decision-making clearer, faster and less fragmented across product and experience domains

Monitor and act on KPIs linked to customer satisfaction, retention, conversion, adoption and operational efficiency

10+ years of digital leadership experience, ideally in consumer, luxury, retail, technology or similarly complex global environments

Proven experience leading large, cross-functional and multicultural teams, including product, design, UX, research, content and/or digital delivery profiles

Strong ownership of enterprise-scale digital product roadmaps across multiple customer touchpoints and channels

Deep understanding of product management, UX design, user research, journey mapping, design systems, content strategy and agile ways of working

A strong commercial mindset, with the ability to connect digital product decisions to growth, customer satisfaction, conversion, retention and operational efficiency

Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to align senior business, technology and functional leaders around shared priorities

Experience using data, analytics and customer insight to make decisions, measure impact and improve product performance

Fluent business English, with the ability to communicate clearly in a global and multicultural environment

Experience with tools such as Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, Power BI, Google Analytics or similar design, content and analytics platforms

Experience building or evolving design systems and embedding them into product and engineering ways of working
