The Inspector III (Senior Inspector) is a highly experienced professional responsible for handling all standard and complex inspection and sampling tasks. This role involves managing special assignments, troubleshooting uncommon field challenges, and ensuring compliance with all industry standards. The Inspector III is also responsible for training and mentoring junior staff, leading field operations when necessary, and acting as a subject matter expert. The job requires working in demanding environments, including confined spaces and at heights, and handling hazardous materials. Irregular shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays, are part of the role.

Perform and oversee all field sampling and inspection activities, including complex or uncommon tasks.

Conduct and verify advanced quantity measurements, cleanliness, and suitability checks.

Provide expert guidance and technical support in challenging field situations.

Ensure all procedures comply with industry regulations, client requirements, and internal policies.

Train and mentor new samplers and Inspectors.

Lead field teams and coordinate inspections efficiently.

Act as a key liaison between field staff and management.

Participate in continuous professional development and industry certifications.

Continuously update knowledge and skills within the field.

Perform additional duties as assigned, demonstrating adaptability and a commitment to operational excellence.

Minimum high school/secondary education or equivalent.

At least five years of experience in inspection, sampling, or a related field.

In-depth knowledge of industry regulations, advanced inspection techniques, and safety compliance.

Experience in leading teams and training new employees.

Valid Class B driving license with a satisfactory driving record.

Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently under pressure.

Capability to share knowledge and expertise with colleagues.

Good verbal and written proficiency in Russian.

Ability to perform basic mathematical calculations.

Strong attention to detail and adherence to safety regulations.

Awareness of hazardous material handling and transportation regulations.

Familiarity with laboratory sample handling and documentation.
