As we continue to scale, CRM and Loyalty have become critical growth levers for the business. Our objective for 2026 is to transform Marketing from an activity-based function into a measurable revenue engine focused on user registration, retention, repeat purchases, and loyalty monetization.
To support this transformation, we are looking for a Head of CRM & Loyalty Growth to lead the strategy, execution, and evolution of our CRM and Loyalty programs.
This is a hands-on, revenue-focused role. You will own and operate CRM and Loyalty as scalable revenue channels, combining lifecycle marketing, customer segmentation, automation, data analysis, AI-powered workflows, and vendor management. A share of our traffic and engagement comes through our mobile app, so you will own CRM and Loyalty across both web and app — converting anonymous sessions into registered, repeat, monetized clients. Success is measured by revenue impact, not by brand or activity metrics.
You will own the roadmap, KPIs, operating model, and performance of CRM and Loyalty initiatives while leading a small team and working closely with internal teams and external partners.
The position is remote, with occasional travel for team collaboration and company events.
Key Responsibilities
CRM & Loyalty Strategy

Define and execute the CRM and Loyalty revenue strategy across all Discoup markets.

Build and optimize lifecycle marketing programs that drive user engagement, repeat purchases, and long-term retention.

Develop a compelling Loyalty value proposition that increases registration, participation, and customer lifetime value.

Own the roadmap for CRM, Loyalty, retention, and registered-user monetization initiatives.

Establish clear growth priorities aligned with company revenue objectives.

Grow registered users across web and app, converting anonymous sessions into registered, repeat clients and increasing loyalty monetization.
Revenue Growth & Lifecycle Marketing

Own CRM and Loyalty revenue performance and core KPIs, including ARPU (average revenue per user), churn/retention rate, repeat-purchase rate, registration-to-client conversion, and customer lifetime value.

Design and optimize lifecycle journeys including:

Repeat purchase campaigns

Reactivation campaigns

Loyalty engagement programs

Identify opportunities to improve customer retention, frequency, and customer lifetime value.

Create monthly CRM and Loyalty growth plans with revenue targets, key initiatives, testing plans, and success metrics.
Segmentation, Analytics & Performance

Define segmentation strategies across markets, user types, and behavioral cohorts.

Build reporting frameworks, dashboards, and performance reviews.

Analyze campaign and lifecycle performance to identify growth opportunities.
-
Ensure CRM and Loyalty decisions are driven by data, experimentation, and measurable business outcomes.

Partner with Data and Engineering teams to improve tracking, attribution, and reporting accuracy.
Marketing Technology & AI Enablement

Own data quality and reconciliation between HubSpot, Loyalty, the website, the app, OneSignal, and other tracking systems, with the goal of building a reliable data source for KPIs and reporting

Build AI- prototype workflows, agents and automations across CRM and Marketing Operations

Identify opportunities to automate campaign creation, reporting, QA, planning, segmentation, and content production.

Improve team efficiency through scalable processes, documentation, and automation.

Evaluate new tools, technologies, and vendors that support CRM and Loyalty growth.
Team Leadership

Lead and develop the CRM and Marketing Operations team.

Define priorities, KPIs, quality standards, and ways of working.
-
Coach team members and support their professional development.

Create a culture of accountability, experimentation, continuous improvement, and data-driven decision-making.
Essential Qualifications
-
7+ years of experience in CRM, Lifecycle Marketing, Loyalty, Retention Marketing, or related growth functions.
-
Hands-on, channel-specific CRM and Loyalty expertise — you have personally built and run programs, not only managed teams or set strategy.

Demonstrated, quantified revenue impact from CRM/Loyalty (e.g. ARPU growth, churn reduction, LTV increase) with metrics you can speak to in detail.

Proven experience owning CRM or Loyalty revenue targets in a subscription, marketplace, or high-frequency consumer business.

Advanced segmentation experience across markets, user types, and behavioral cohorts.

Strong understanding of customer lifecycle management, segmentation, personalization, and retention strategies.

Hands-on experience with CRM platforms such as HubSpot, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Braze, Iterable, or similar tools.

Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable growth initiatives.

Experience building and optimizing automated customer journeys.

Demonstrated success improving customer retention, repeat purchase behavior, or customer lifetime value.

Strong project management and prioritization skills.

Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.

Fluent in English.

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, remote, international environment.

Experience working across multiple international markets.

Familiarity with OneSignal, GA4, CDPs, attribution platforms, and customer analytics tools.

Experience building Loyalty programs from strategy through execution.

Experience managing remote teams.

Knowledge of SQL, Looker Studio, Tableau, or advanced reporting tools.
