Reports to: IT Manager
As part of ARCHIMED’s Information Systems Department (ISD), reporting directly to the IT Manager, you will be the primary face of IT for our Lyon headquarters. Serving a multicultural site of more than 40 nationalities, you will deliver high-quality end-user support, ensure workplace technology reliability, and actively contribute to ISD projects and the department’s broader impact across the firm.
Key Responsibilities
1. End-User Support & Service Desk

Act as the first and primary point of contact for all IT requests and incidents on the Lyon site and support when needed for the other offices.

Manage tickets through the ITSM tool (logging, prioritization, resolution, closure) in line with ITIL best practices

Handle Level 1 and Level 2 support across hardware, software and connectivity issues

Deliver a professional, responsive and client-oriented experience to a highly international user base
2. Workplace & Hardware

Deploy, configure and maintain end-user devices: laptops, workstations, peripherals, mobile devices

Manage the asset inventory and lifecycle of IT equipment

Support audiovisual and videoconferencing equipment and all other equipment under IT umbrella
3. Microsoft 365 & Cloud Environment

Administer and support the Microsoft 365 suite: Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, Entra ID

Manage user accounts, access rights and licenses in line with security and governance policies

Support onboarding and offboarding processes for Lyon-based staff
4. Projects & ISD Contribution

Participate in IT infrastructure and workplace projects (rollouts, migrations, tooling upgrades)

Contribute to the formalization of IT procedures, user guides and knowledge base articles

Collaborate with the broader ISD team across geographies to support firm-wide initiatives
Requirements
-
Education: Minimum Bac+2 in Information Technology or a related field — e.g. BTS SIO (Services Informatiques aux Organisations), DUT Informatique, Licence Pro Systèmes Réseaux et Sécurité, or equivalent

Experience: Minimum three years in a similar IT support role (helpdesk, desktop support, or IT technician), ideally in a demanding and multicultural environment

Microsoft 365: Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, Entra ID, Intune

Solid hardware skills: PC/laptop assembly, diagnosis, peripheral and mobile device management

Familiarity with ITSM tools (e.g. iTop or equivalent) and knowledge of ITIL principles
- Basic networking knowledge: DNS, DHCP, VPN, Wi-Fi troubleshooting

Strong client-service orientation — you are the face of IT for the business

Fluent English required (written and spoken) — essential for daily interaction with international team members.
