Open Digital Services is looking for an Business Analyst based out of Madrid.
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Business Analyst to support the development and delivery of transactional servicing journeys across assisted banking channels, including Contact Centers, Chat platforms, and Branch networks. The Business Analyst will help define, document, and validate customer and agent journeys covering the full lifecycle of Everyday Banking products, including current accounts, deposits, cards, loans, and payments. The role will act as a bridge between business stakeholders, country teams, operations, UX, and technology teams to ensure product requirements are clearly understood and successfully delivered. The successful candidate will contribute to the evolution of a Global Customer Assisted Channels (CCAA) product that is deployed across multiple geographies, supporting the creation of standardized capabilities while accommodating local business requirements.

Translate business requirements into structured functional specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
Support the design and optimization of end-to-end customer and agent journeys across the product lifecycle.
Collaborate with cross-functional and market teams to ensure alignment and effective delivery.
Contribute to solution validation, testing (UAT), and issue tracking throughout delivery cycles.
Maintain high-quality documentation and support product governance, rollout, and decision-making activities.

Professional Experience
3-5 years of experience in Business Analysis, Product Management support, Process Analysis, Consulting, or Banking Operations. (Required)
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. (Required)
Ability to document business requirements and process flows clearly and accurately. (Required)
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. (Required)
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. (Required)
Education
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, Information Systems, Finance, or a related field. (Required)
Language
Hard Skills
Experience in retail banking or financial services. (Preferred)
Knowledge of Everyday Banking porducts, including accounts, deposits, cards, loans and payments. (Required)
Familiarity with customer servicing processes in either Assisted or Digital Channels. (Required)
Experience working with Agile delivery methodologies. (Preferred)
Knowledge of tools such as Jira, Confluence, Figma. (Required)
Experience working in international or multi-market environments. (Preferred)
