We are looking for a National Sales Manager to join our team and play a critical role at the heart of our commercial organization. This is a highly hands-on leadership position for someone who enjoys being directly involved in sales execution, strategic negotiations, customer relationships, and team performance.
As National Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving commercial performance across the territory and ensuring opportunities are converted into business results.
You will:
Monitor sales activities and team performance to achieve business objectives
Drive pipeline management and ensure accurate forecasting
Support and lead strategic negotiations on complex and high-value opportunities
Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders
Coach, develop, and support the sales team through regular field engagement
Identify commercial challenges and implement corrective actions to accelerate growth
Spend significant time in the field, working closely with customers and sales representatives across the territory
Unlike leadership positions primarily focused on strategy and administration, this role is deeply connected to daily commercial execution.

Experience within the MedTech industry is highly preferred
