Skello is a European company on a mission to improve frontline teams' daily lives. We have developed a HR SaaS to help them plan, optimize and simplify work organization. We aim to shape the future of HR Tech by being the leading HR solution for all frontline teams in Europe. Our solution is already being used by more than 400,000 users in Europe.
After starting in France and successfully expanding into 3 European markets (Belgium, Switzerland and Spain), we are now going one step further into our European expansion story by opening a new country: Italy.
You will be among our founding team of Business Development Representatives dedicated to the opening of the Italian market, in charge of setting the foundation of our commercial success. You will work across a wide range of sectors (hospitality, retail, construction...) and customer types (both small-and-medium-sized businesses and key accounts). You will be based in Barcelona and report directly to the Country Manager Italy.
Actively prospect new leads in Italy, mostly through cold calling.
Understand customer needs and tailor the pitch to show how Skello can simplify and optimize workforce management.
Drive discovery to convert opportunities into paying customers.
Collect feedback from early customers and share insights with Product, Marketing and Ops to refine our go-to-market.
Contribute to our playbook for Italy: messaging, objections, personas, pricing, etc.
Native Italian speaker and fluent in English or French.
Experience in sales or business development ideally in SaaS or a fast-paced B2B environment.
Strong growth mindset: you love talking to customers, you are convincing and will not take no as an answer, you thrive in early stage environments and you recognize it takes effort to open-up a new market.
You are confortable with sales tools (ex. Salesforce, Aircall) and metrics-driven environments.
