- Facilitate assessment and feedback sessions with participants, managers and senior stakeholders.
- Analyse assessment data and translate findings into clear, actionable insights for clients.
- Prepare high-quality client materials, including proposals, presentations, reports and recommendations.
- Manage client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor throughout the project lifecycle.
- Contribute to commercial activity, including proposals, client conversations and identifying opportunities for further work.
- Collaborate with international BTS teams across markets, industries and workstreams.
- Support the development of internal knowledge, methodologies and thought leadership within TI&A.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to turn data and observations into meaningful insights.
- Ability to structure complex ideas clearly and create high-quality client-facing materials.
- Commercial mindset and willingness to contribute to proposals, client development and new business opportunities.
- Collaborative mindset and comfort working in international, fast-paced and multidisciplinary teams.
- A degree in Psychology, Business, HR, Organizational Development or a related field is valuable, but not essential.
- Knowledge of psychometrics, assessment methodologies, leadership frameworks, 360º feedback or survey tools would be a plus.
