Job Description:
Desarrollar, gestionar y maximizar el negocio con clientes del segmento relacionado con la energía en el territorio asignado (Islas Baleares), combinando una approach técnico-comercial para ofrecer soluciones adaptadas y garantizar la satisfacción del cliente, contribuyendo directamente al crecimiento en ventas así como en rentabilidad de las operaciones alcanzadas.

Gestionar y desarrollar una cartera de clientes formada principalmente por instaladores, contractors e integradores de sistemas.

Identificar de forma proactiva nuevas oportunidades de negocio, proyectos y clientes potenciales dentro de la zona asignada.

Actuar como asesor técnico-comercial, entendiendo las necesidades del cliente y proponiendo soluciones adaptadas a su actividad.

Promover el portfolio completo de Schneider Electric, incluyendo productos, soluciones, servicios y ecosistema digital.

Elaborar ofertas técnico-económicas, realizar el seguimiento comercial y acompañar al cliente hasta el cierre y posterior desarrollo de la cuenta.

Gestionar el pipeline de oportunidades y previsiones comerciales a través de CRM.

Colaborar estrechamente con equipos internos como Marketing, Soporte Técnico, Supply Chain y otras áreas de negocio.

Participar en eventos, formaciones y acciones de promoción para reforzar la presencia de la compañía en la zona.

Construir relaciones de confianza con clientes y partners, impulsando la fidelización y el crecimiento del negocio.

Buscamos una persona con una combinación equilibrada de conocimientos técnicos y orientación comercial, capaz de desenvolverse de forma autónoma en un entorno de proximidad con el cliente.

Conocimiento de material eléctrico de Baja Tensión (BT).

Familiaridad con instalaciones eléctricas residenciales y terciarias.

Capacidad para interpretar esquemas eléctricos y especificaciones técnicas.

Valorable experiencia previa en el sector eléctrico, energético o industrial.

Experiencia en ventas técnicas o desarrollo de negocio.
-
Capacidad para generar relaciones comerciales sólidas y detectar oportunidades de crecimiento.
-
Conocimiento del canal de instaladores, distribución eléctrica y contractors (muy valorado).

Experiencia en venta consultiva y negociación.
-
Manejo de CRM y herramientas digitales de gestión comercial.

Experiencia con herramientas de configuración y elaboración de ofertas.

Inglés nivel básico/intermedio.

Orientación al cliente y vocación comercial.

Capacidad de influencia y negociación.

Habilidades de comunicación y gestión de relaciones.
