We are looking for an IT Operations & People Specialist / Chief of Staff Associate (IT) to act as the operational backbone of our department. In a fast-scaling environment with 60+ engineers and multiple Agile Release Trains (ARTs) across global locations, you will bridge IT Leadership, Talent Acquisition, and HR with a strong execution mindset.
You will play a key role in removing operational friction, orchestrating a large-scale hiring ramp-up, and
optimizing the end-to-end lifecycle of our global engineering teams. Working closely with IT Heads and central Chief of Staff functions, you will ensure operational excellence, transparency, and alignment across the Tech organization.
Talent Orchestration & Hiring Pipeline
Acting as the single point of contact (SPOC) between IT Leadership and the global Talent Acquisition team to accelerate the closing of multiple open roles
Driving the end-to-end hiring process, including requisitions, approvals and alignment with HR
Identifying and removing bottlenecks in the recruitment pipeline to ensure efficient time-to-hire
Standardizing interview processes across Agile Release Trains, coordinating interviewers, and ensuring timely and structured feedback loops
Designing and coordinating a seamless global onboarding experience, enabling new hires to be productive from day one
IT Governance & Operations
Partnering with the central Chief of Staff function to implement company-wide governance frameworks, reporting structures, and performance metrics within IT
Supporting IT Heads in tracking resource allocation and capacity across global teams and matrixed agile setups
Contributing to the operational management of career paths and performance review cycles.
Driving operational discipline and process standardization across IT teams to increase transparency and efficiency
Must Haves
2+ years of experience in roles such as IT Operations, Technical Recruitment, Agile Project Management, or Junior Chief of Staff within high-growth tech environments or fintech companies
Strong ability to operate in cross-functional and global environments, interacting with stakeholders across different time zones
Fluent in English (mandatory), with excellent communication skills for daily collaboration
Solid understanding of tech roles and organizational structures (e.g., Product Owner, Release Train Engineer, Backend Developer)
Proven ability to manage multiple priorities, drive processes, and deliver outcomes in fast-paced environments
Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to align them without formal authority
High level of organization and process orientation, with the capability to structure ambiguous environments and implement scalable workflows
Resilience and adaptability, with the ability to navigate changing priorities in a dynamic and evolving tech landscape
Familiarity with Agile methodologies such as Scrum; exposure to SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework) is considered a strong plus
Professional and Technical
Experience in managing or supporting hiring pipelines, headcount planning, and recruitment operations in tech-driven organizations
Good understanding of IT organizational models, agile team structures, and software delivery environments
Understanding of governance models, reporting frameworks, and operational tracking within large-scale IT organizations
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify inefficiencies and implement improvements

Strong interpersonal skills with a collaborative and proactive mindset; ability to build trust and credibility across teams
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities, with attention to detail and execution focus
Clear and structured communicator, able to simplify complex topics and ensure alignment among diverse stakeholders
