Role Overview
CBRE Europe Advisory is building a progressive AI skillsprogram to equip employees across the region with the knowledge and tools towork effectively in an AI-enabled environment. The Senior AI Trainer, Europewill design and deliver the flagship Level 3 offering: a series of live,bespoke expert sessions tailored to CBRE’s specific business lines, tools, anduse cases.
This is a senior permanent rolerequiring deep expertise in enterprise AI adoption, strong facilitation skills,and the credibility to engage at Director level and above across a complex,multi-market organisation.
Key Responsibilities
– Program Delivery Design and deliver live AItraining sessions tailored to CBRE business lines across Europe, building onfoundational and tool-level learning completed in Levels 1 and 2.
– Needs Analysis Work with internal stakeholdersto identify relevant AI use cases, workflows, and pain points specific toCBRE’s Advisory practice.
– Content Development Develop session content thatis practical, immediately applicable, and aligned to CBRE’s strategic AIpriorities and the broader enterprise AI toolset, including Microsoft Copilotand Claude as primary platforms, alongside Google Gemini, GPT, Perplexity,Gamma, Suno, Notebook LM, HeyGen, Seedance, and other emerging generative AIapplications relevant to CBRE’s research, productivity, presentation, andcreative workflows.
– Facilitation Facilitate engaging, high-qualitysessions for mixed-experience audiences across multiple markets, adaptingdelivery style and content as required.
– Program Iteration Track engagement, gatherfeedback, and iterate on content to maintain quality and relevance over time.
– Stakeholder Management Collaborate with the AILead and HR/L&D function to integrate sessions into the broader Academycalendar and communications plan.
Skills & Experience
Essential
– Demonstrable experience designing and delivering AI training or change programs within large, complex organisations
– Proven track record operating at Director level or above, with the ability to engage and influence senior stakeholders
– Experience working across multiple European markets, with sensitivity to cultural and linguistic diversity
– Exceptional facilitation and communication skills — able to make complex concepts accessible and compelling
– Ability to translate strategic AI priorities into practical, role-relevant learning content
Desirable
– Background in real estate, professional services, or financial services
– Experience embedding AI tools within advisory or transaction-focused teams
– Familiarity with instructional design frameworks and adult learning principles
– Recognised AI / ML certifications (e.g., Microsoft AI-900 / AI-102, Google Cloud Generative AI, AWS AI Practitioner) or equivalent demonstrable depth
– Light coding / scripting literacy (Python, JavaScript, or no-code / low-code) sufficient to demo API calls and simple agent flows
– Mastery level expertise in Microsoft Copilot and Claude including advanced prompting, agentic and multi-step workflows, custom GPTs / Projects / Artifacts, MCP and tool integrations, governance/admin controls, and enterprise deployment patterns. Able to demonstrate non-trivial, business-grade use cases live in front of senior audiences.
– Strong hands-on proficiency across a broader ecosystem of LLMs and AI applications — including Google Gemini, Perplexity (incl. Deep Research), Gamma (AI-generated presentations), Suno (generative audio), image/video generation tools (e.g., Midjourney, Runway, Sora), AI note-takers, and emerging agentic platforms. Comparative awareness of their respective strengths, pricing, and data-handling posture is expected.
– Deeper technical understanding extending beyond tool capabilities sufficient to confidently address complex, technically nuanced questions from course participants. Includes working knowledge of: core AI concepts (neural networks, machine learning, transformer architectures, tokenisation and context windows, embeddings, retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), fine-tuning vs. prompting, model evaluation, hallucination/bias/drift); standard enterprise IT architecture (cloud platforms — Azure / AWS / GCP, identity and access management, data classification and governance, APIs and integration patterns, Microsoft 365 stack); automation and agentic platforms (Power Automate, Copilot Studio, AI agents, workflow orchestration, human-in-the-loop design); and responsible & secure AI use (enterprise data boundaries, prompt-injection risks, EU AI Act, GDPR).
– Multilingual capability (English essential; additional European languages advantageous)
Role Details
– Sessions delivered on an ongoing basis, with frequency and scheduling agreed with the Europe Advisory AI Lead
– Multi-site delivery across European offices; travel and accommodation covered by CBRE
