Job Description
Scope of Responsibilities
- Provides overall management administration to project and assists in establishing project specific objectives and policies.
- Provides technical direction and guidance to subordinate managers, enforces company and project policies, maintains close client interface, and ensures all facets of the project are constructed in accordance with design, budget and schedule through subordinate managers and supervisors.
- Position has significant profit/loss responsibility for assigned construction project.
Commercial Governance and Communication Protocols
- Lead the Change Control process and coordinate weekly commercial meetings with our client, as well as ad-hoc meetings with our client contractors.Valuation and Milestone Planning
- Define and agree on the valuation schedule with the GC, within the given contractual framework.
- Review and validate milestone-based payment schedules for our client specialist contractors, agreed during procurement and by contract (e.g., refrigeration, racking, oxygen systems).
Change Management and Instructions
- Review and agree on the cost and time impact of all Change Orders with the GC, specialist contractors, the DF, and our client.
- Maintain and regularly update a Change Control Register for all contracts, including anticipated changes and contra charges.
Monthly Valuations
- Conduct monthly valuations of completed works for the GC package.
- Review and validate milestone achievements for specialist contractors for compliance.
On Site requirements
- Site Supervision: Lead and coordinate daily construction operations, ensuring compliance with project plans and specifications.
- Resource Management: Manage materials, equipment, and workforce effectively to optimize efficiency and minimize costs.
- Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all construction activities adhere to local and state regulations, as well as company safety policies.
- Effective Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact between contractors, subcontractors, and stakeholders, facilitating communication and resolving issues.
- Progress Monitoring: Track project progress and provide regular status reports to ensure timelines are met.
- Quality Control: Implement and oversee quality control procedures to ensure all work meets required standards.

Qualifications
Technical Architecture, Building Engineer or related qualifications.- Working proficiency in English/Spanish
- 3 to 4 years on site experience required
