Key Accountabilities
1. Global Process Ownership & Governance
- Act as the global owner and guardian of end‑to‑end Planning processes, ensuring clarity,
consistency and health across the organization.
- Define, maintain and continuously evolve global standards, SOPs and methodologies,
ensuring compliance with regulatory and corporate requirements.
- Ensure process outcomes are aligned with Supply Chain and company strategic objectives.
2. Process Design, Innovation & Transformation
- Design and continuously improve simple, customer‑centric and best‑in‑class Planning
processes.
- Drive process‑related innovation leveraging SAP, analytics and emerging AI capabilities.
- Lead the integration of new tools and ways of working into Planning processes, ensuring
scalability and adoption.
3. Community, Capability & Knowledge Development
- Build and lead global Planning process communities across regions and functions.
- Develop state‑of‑the‑art knowledge, capabilities and reference materials within the
organization.
- Oversee the creation and maintenance of training content and learning paths related to
Planning processes.
4. Change Leadership & Implementation
- Drive process implementation, adherence and change management across the organization.
- Engage, inspire and empower stakeholders to actively contribute to continuous improvement
- Ensure effective handover of process changes to Regional and Local Planning teams.
5. Cross‑functional Collaboration & Benchmarking
- Work cross‑functionally with key stakeholders across Supply Chain, IT, Commercial, Analytics,
PMO, Finance, Manufacturing, Service, Logistics and Customer Service.
- Benchmark Planning processes against industry peers and translate insights into tangible business improvements.
