Role Purpose
We are seeking an experienced communications professional to join our growing team in Spain and support the development of our corporate reputation, media visibility and stakeholder engagement activities.
Reporting to the Head of Government Relations & Strategy, this role will play a key part in executing communications initiatives that strengthen the company's positioning among media, institutions, industry stakeholders and local communities.
This is a highly operational position requiring a professional who combines excellent communication skills with a strong execution mindset and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
The position will be based in Madrid and will require frequent travel to the plant site in Navalmoral de la Mata, as well as other cities in the Extremadura region.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate media relations activities and support engagement with national, regional and sector-specific media.
- Organize and execute institutional, corporate and community events, including media visits and stakeholder engagements.
- Develop communication materials, press releases, key messages and corporate content.
- Support digital communications initiatives, including LinkedIn and website content.
- Coordinate showroom activities and stakeholder visits in Navalmoral de la Mata.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams, external partners, institutions and business associations.
- Monitor media coverage and prepare communication and engagement reports for management.
- Support the implementation of reputation-building initiatives and stakeholder engagement strategies across Spain.
- Coordinate communications activities with external agencies, suppliers and event partners to ensure consistent execution and messaging.
- Help translate complex industrial, energy and technology-related topics into clear and engaging communications for diverse audiences.
- Support interactions with institutional stakeholders, business organizations and international partners involved in the project.
- Contribute to the planning and execution of training sessions, site visits and communication activities hosted at the company's showroom and visitor facilities.
