Job Overview
Under the oversight and guide of a Senior Project Manager, to Proactively manage RWE multicountry studies involving multiple internal teams and functions, such as data management, biostatistics, regulatory and especially site management, acting as a liaison to ensure alignment and optimize study implementation and follow-up. Maintains and validates the project scope, documents, plans and schedules for moderately complex projects; organizes and attends internal calls, and follows-up with team members on action items; adheres to established metrics for project success; applies standards (e.g. delivery process, roles and responsibilities, operational norms, compliance).
Essential Functions

Organizes and attends internal calls, and follows-up with team members on action items;
Monitors identified risks to program success and informs applicable stakeholders.
Manages project delivery process, scope, and costs of non-complex projects under broad supervision; drives completion of the project.
Manages stakeholder relationships; executes technical project communication plan.
Manages change by identifying impacts of the project, building awareness and support for change within the organization.
Evaluates project results against success metrics; recommends changes to processes, resources and solutions that improve productivity and end product.
Delivers established team reporting and guidance metrics.
Supports the PM with client communications, including preparing regular PPT reports, scheduling and following up on recurring meetings, and drafting meeting minutes from client calls.
Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree Science or Computer Science, a related field, or equivalent experience
Three (3) years of experience in a systems development environment
Good technical and commercial awareness
Ability to identify and understand business needs and formulate technical proposals to meet those identified business needs.
Excellent communication skills (English mandatory)
Strong working knowledge of Excel, Word and PowerPoint
Proactive and solution-oriented approach to problem-solving
