We're looking for a Copywriter / Content Marketer who is ready to elevate our brand presence by crafting high-impact copy for our social channels while seamlessly coordinating our content calendar to engage agency owners and drive growth.
Working Hours: Mondays - Fridays, 8am-5pm Central European Time
The ideal Copywriter / Content Marketer is a reliable, execution-focused copywriter with content marketing experience who can turn ideas, internal expertise, and source materials into high-quality, platform-ready content for LinkedIn, Instagram, and other channels. They thrive within established marketing systems, manage planning and delivery with consistency, and understand that the goal is not simply to publish posts, but to help position Growmodo as the leading social media source for practical, high-value content that helps agency owners scale and generates qualified inbound leads. They actively use AI tools such as Claude for research, ideation, drafting, and repurposing, while applying strong human judgment to fact-check, refine tone, protect brand quality, and ensure every piece is useful, credible, and engaging. Prior agency experience is preferred, along with the ability to handle fast-paced workflows, stakeholder feedback, and multiple deadlines without losing attention to detail.

At least 2 years of experience in copywriting and content marketing

Previous experience working for a marketing, creative, content, or digital agency.

Experience with founder-led content or thought leadership.
