The GSS Management Office is a transversal function within Global Sales & Structuring, acting as a strategic partner to senior management and supporting the execution of the Global Markets commercial agenda.
Working across sales teams (value chains), products and geographies, the team coordinates strategic initiatives, monitors business performance, strengthens governance frameworks and facilitates decision-making through close interaction with Front Office, Product Specialists, Trading, CIB Coverage teams and corporate functions.
Beyond coordination, the Management Office plays a central role in identifying business opportunities, challenging existing ways of working and driving initiatives that improve commercial effectiveness, organisational alignment and execution across GSS.
This is a high-exposure position , offering the opportunity to work directly with senior management and Front Office teams while contributing to some of the most relevant strategic priorities within Global Markets.

Main responsibilities:
Support the definition and execution of the strategic roadmap for Global Sales & Structuring, ensuring alignment with the broader Global Markets strategy.
Independently lead strategic workstreams from problem definition through implementation , coordinating stakeholders across Global Markets, CIB and corporate functions.
Coordinate and monitor strategic initiatives across value chains, products and regions , tracking progress, identifying risks and facilitating informed decision-making.
Develop business analyses and strategic recommendations to support senior management in defining priorities and making decisions.
Build strong relationships across Front Office and support functions to understand business challenges first-hand and identify opportunities for improvement .
Challenge existing processes, organisational setups and ways of working , proposing pragmatic solutions that enhance commercial effectiveness and organisational efficiency.
Prepare executive presentations, business updates and management materials for senior governance forums.
Support the governance of GSS through the organisation of steering committees, management meetings and strategic forums .
Monitor commercial activity and key business indicators , identifying trends, risks and opportunities requiring management attention.
Develop subject matter expertise across different areas of the Global Markets franchise, becoming a trusted business partner for both management and Front Office teams.
Facilitate alignment among multiple stakeholders with different priorities, helping drive consensus and execution across strategic initiatives.
Contribute to fostering a culture of collaboration, continuous improvement and execution excellence across the organisation.
Qualifications:
Min. 4 years of experience in strategy consulting, investment banking, business management, corporate development or strategic planning within leading financial institutions or top-tier consulting firms.
Strong academic background from a leading Business School, Engineering School or equivalent quantitative discipline.
Solid understanding of Global Markets and Front Office business dynamics.
Previous experience in Sales, Trading, Structuring, Research, Strategy or other Front Office functions would be highly valued.
CFA designation (or progress towards the CFA Program) would be considered a strong plus.
Advanced PowerPoint and Excel skills.
Full professional proficiency in English & Spanish is mandatory.
