We are Nacar.
A solution-first creative partner helping ambitious organizations shape and deliver the right products, services and experiences — with clarity, rigor and creative excellence.
Rooted in Palo Alto, Barcelona, and with studios in Bilbao, Guadalajara, Porto Alegre and China, we're a global team of 130+ Nacarians from more than 23 nationalities. This role will be based in our Barcelona studio.
Twenty years, 70 design awards and 10+ client ecosystems later, we've learned that creativity is only worth something when it turns into real solutions. That's why we work in a way that connects craft with systems — building things that don't just look right, but perform, scale and generate measurable value for our clients.
A Nacarian is a creative orchestrator, shaped by Criteria, Adaptability and Ownership. Someone who reads complexity, anticipates what matters, and moves fast with intent. We come from different disciplines — strategy, research, industrial and digital design, brand, service, engineering — but we share the belief that great ideas only matter when they become real.
Nacar is entering a new chapter. We're strengthening our capabilities, growing into new markets, and building the organization that will shape what's next. With a hybrid work model and flexible hours, we're powered by a culture of communication, collaboration and ownership — with the ambition of becoming the trusted creative decision partner for the leaders redefining the future of their industries.
If you're excited by building — not just joining — this is a great moment to be here.

We're currently looking for a Senior UX Designer based in Barcelona to join our team and lead the design of key digital experiences for one of our biggest and most exciting global clients — a top-tier technology company — working on a large-scale subscription service.
-What will your day to day be like?-
You will:
-
Own the UX design for multiple initiatives end-to-end, from problem framing through final experience definition — ensuring clarity, completeness, and consistency across flows and touchpoints.
-
Define user flows, interaction patterns, and experience structures across key journeys, keeping solutions coherent across the broader ecosystem and aligned with existing patterns and systems.
-
Frame design recommendations in terms of measurable business outcomes, connecting UX decisions to revenue, retention, conversion, and customer lifetime value.
-
Translate product and business goals into clear UX strategies and communicate rationale effectively to stakeholders.
-
Collaborate closely with UX and UI designers to ensure consistency and quality across the experience, and with the Project Manager to align on priorities and delivery.
-
Produce high-quality UX artifacts such as flows, wireframes, and interaction specifications — ensuring designs are complete and ready for UI production and development.
-
Leverage and contribute to existing patterns and design systems, ensuring consistency and scalability across initiatives.
-What are we looking for?-
-
Senior UX professional with strong product thinking and a proven ability to tie design decisions to business outcomes (revenue, conversion, retention, churn reduction).
-
Experience building business cases for design investments and communicating UX value to non-design stakeholders.
-
Background in subscription, SaaS, or consumer services environments.
-
Comfortable working with US-based teams across time zones.
-
Strong communication skills with the ability to build trust with Product and stakeholders.
-
Strategic mindset combined with hands-on execution capability.
-
Experience with end-to-end journey design across multiple touchpoints.
-
Experience collaborating with UI designers and supporting production and handoff processes.
-
Fluent in English (written and spoken), with the ability to actively participate in discussions, present work, and explain decisions with US-based stakeholders.
-
Portfolio demonstrating ownership of end-to-end UX workstreams, strong UX artifacts (flows, wireframes, interaction models), and clear examples of business impact tied to design decisions.
-Why should you join?-
This is a unique opportunity for someone looking for a challenge in the UX design area and to be part of a center of innovation that is impacting clients all over the world :)
